4. Enquiries & Quotations

• All quotations are subject to confirmation of specifications (artwork, material, quantity, finish)
• Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation unless otherwise stated
• Quotations are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry; changes to specifications may alter pricing
• We reserve the right to decline any enquiry at our discretion
• GST numbers submitted through forms are used solely for invoicing and are not verified in real-time

5. Orders & Payments

A binding order is only created upon:

1. Receipt of a signed or confirmed purchase order from the client
2. Approval of artwork / digital proof by the client
3. Receipt of the agreed advance payment (typically 50% unless otherwise negotiated)

Payment Terms

• Standard terms: 50% advance, 50% before dispatch
• Credit terms may be extended to established clients subject to prior agreement
• All prices are exclusive of GST unless expressly stated otherwise
• Payment must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless agreed otherwise in writing

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Cancellation prior to production may incur charges for pre-press, plates, materials procured, and design work completed.

6. Production & Delivery

Production Lead Times

Standard production lead times range from 7 to 21 working days depending on product type, quantity, and complexity. Lead times begin only after:

• Advance payment is received
• Final artwork is approved in writing
• All specifications are confirmed

Lead times are estimates and may vary due to material availability, print volumes, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery

• We offer pan-India delivery via reputable logistics partners
• Delivery charges are additional unless agreed as part of the order
• Risk of loss passes to the client upon handover to the courier / transporter
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the logistics provider after dispatch

Quality & Defects

We maintain strict quality standards. In the event of a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. Claims made after this period may not be accepted. We will, at our discretion, replace or credit defective goods.

Minor variations in colour (within industry-standard tolerances of ±5%) or dimensions (within ±2mm) are not considered defects.

Client Artwork

• You own or have the legal right to use all submitted materials

We will not use client artwork or brand files for any purpose other than fulfilling the agreed order.

• Product images on the website accurately represent final printed colours (screen displays vary)
